I have a neuroma which causes a lot of pain and numbness in my toes. Since I've been wearing my Kita Hands Free for a month, both of my feet feel completely different. My ankle is no longer swollen, the pain is almost gone and walking each morning is so much easier and nicer. I initially thought the arch support would be painful but after having the shoes on for under an hour they felt so much better. No tying or untying the shoes.
